Can't attend in person? Be with us for the iconic Monterey Design Conference, but experience it from the comfort of your home or office.
Enjoy all of MDC's lively lectures livestreamed from Merrill Hall, enjoy virtual networking opporutunities and chat with fellow registrants through a special online portal. (Ancillary CES Sessions on Friday and Saturday will not be livestreamed.)
**AIA CA is offering FREE virtual passes for University students and professors. We are also offering a discounted pass for educators to attend in person. Contact conferences@aiacalifornia.org for your comp or discount code.
What does my in person registration fee include?
Fee includes lectures in Merrill Hall, additional MDC Academy CE sessions, lunch, social receptions and events.
New this year: All MDC tickets include the cost of lunch. A full MDC pass includes Friday lunch, Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch. The Saturday day pass includes Saturday lunch. If you are staying off property and wish to participate in other meals you will want to purchase meal tickets when you register.
For those staying on property, dinner and breakfast are included in your housing costs at Asilomar. Friday/Saturday evening stays include the following meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and dinner, and Sunday breakfast).
Flexible Cancellation Policy
In-person attendees may cancel at anytime up through September 30 and receive a full refund or you may opt to switch to virtual and receive a refund for the difference in pricing. Starting October 1, in-person attendees may switch to virtual and receive a refund for the difference in pricing. If you wish to cancel altogether, there is a$100 fee after Oct 1. No refunds after October 22. Substitutions may be made at anytime or switch to virtual (adjustment for member/non-member pricing if applicable). Cancelling Your Virtual Pass
Virtual attendee cancellations may be made at anytime prior to October 20 for a full refund minus a $100 procesing fee. Substitutions may be made at anytime (adjustment for member/non-member pricing if applicable).
