Annette Morgan, MBA, is Chief Administrative Officer for City of Hope Orange County. Together with City of Hope Orange County President Annette Walker, Morgan and her colleagues are developing a world-class cancer campus and network that will bring highly specialized cancer care, phase I through III clinical trials, precision medicine and early detection closer to home. The Irvine campus will include the county’s only specialty hospital exclusively focused on treating and curing cancer.
Morgan leads the administrative operations for this $1 billion expansion overseeing the strategy, design and development of the City of Hope Orange County network, leading teams in fulfilling the bold vision, and building relationships that are essential for making hope a reality in the County.

Committed to her community, Morgan previously served as Vice President of Wellness and Business Development for Irvine-based Providence St. Joseph Health, the third largest non-profit health system in the nation. She led the design and market entry of new product lines that brought personalized medical, lifestyle, and fitness services to where people live, work and play, in addition to leading the strategy for several growth initiatives across the organization. Morgan earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.

She has served on the board of Providence Speech & Hearing Center. Becker’s Hospital Review recognized Morgan as a Rising Star in 2017 and 2019. As a demonstration of her determination and drive, she enjoys outdoor activities, including biking, running, and marathons.
