Ganesh Laxminarayan has over 20 years of executive and technical leadership experience in startups and large organizations. He serves as the Executive Director – Health IT / CTO at the Innovation Lab (Newport Beach, California), a division within The Innovation Institute, a healthcare technology incubator and leading provider of medical device and healthcare innovation solutions. At the Innovation Lab he leverages his expertise in Information Technology to leverage emerging technologies and assess innovative health IT ideas for commercialization and conduct due diligence on HIT startups / early stage ventures. He also has a proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in other industries, such as manufacturing, life sciences, financial, retail and governance, risk and compliance management.

Prior to his role at The Innovation Institute, Ganesh served in a similar capacity at Cleveland Clinic Innovations, Cleveland Clinic’s technology commercialization arm. Including serving advisory roles for technology startups in FinTech, Sports, Event Management and more. Before venturing into healthcare, Ganesh was the Chief Technology Officer for Axentis, a Wolters Kluwer business, the professionals first choice for information, tools, and solutions that help professionals deliver quality results more efficiently; a $5 billion (2010) company with 19,000 employees worldwide. Ganesh graduated from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) in May 1995, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
