Dr. Mattison is an Operating Partner and Chief Medical Information Officer of Arsenal. He also serves as the Chairman of Arsenal’s Healthcare Technology Advisory Board. Dr. Mattison joined Arsenal in 2019 as a Senior Advisor and transitioned to an Operating Partner in July of 2020. Previously, Dr. Mattison was Chief Medical Information Officer for the Southern California Region of Kaiser Permanente, in which capacity he helped support the growth of one of the nation’s leading integrated healthcare institutions.
