Judd has served as Executive Director, Facilities Planning and Infrastructure at City of Hope over the past 4 years during a time of substantial growth and expansion. Supporting City of Hope with strategic planning efforts with a robust understanding of the operations is fostering decisions critical to long term clinical and research success. Judd has assisted in the development of City of Hope’s Duarte Campus including Hope Plaza (a 350k sqft outpatient center), a state of the art Central Utility Plant as well as planning the next steps in continued development. Additionally, Judd has supported the integration of Orange County and the former Cancer Treatment Center’s of America sites into the City of Hope system.

Prior to joining City of Hope, Judd was Vice President of Master Planning & Infrastructure at Walt Disney Imagineering, Executive Director of Facilities Design, Construction, Operations and Real Estate at Children’s Health in Dallas, TX and Director of Construction at Temple University and Health System in Philadelphia. Judd earned his MBA from LaSalle University and his undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
