Dr. Diane St Fleur was born in Long Island, New York, and is a graduate of Cornell University. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Her residency was also at Upstate Medical University with completion of a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the following training sites: University Hospital, Central New York Psychiatric Center, Forensic State Hospital, Onondaga County Jail, Auburn Correctional Facility, Child and Youth Services of Hutchings Psychiatric, Central New York Child Neurology Associates, Margaret Williams Developmental Evaluation Center, Cedar Street Day Program 06/2010- 2014 Upstate Medical University: Syracuse, NY Psychiatry Resident Training sites include University Hospital, Veterans Affairs Hospital, Hutchings Psychiatric Center, James Square Nursing Home, Upstate Psychiatric Clinic, Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic, and St. Joseph Comprehensive Psychiatric.

Dr. St Fleur is a triple board-certified psychiatrist with certification in the following specialties: adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is passionate about serving children and their families including those that suffer from trauma, addiction, and disrupted community cohesiveness.
