William (Bill) currently serves as the National Vice President for Cumming Corporation and has more than 30 years of development, program management, and consulting experience. During his career, Bill has led teams in the successful completion of numerous types of developments including hotel/condo, office, mixed use, commercial, and healthcare projects. Bill’s prestigious list of clients includes Amazon, Facebook, Kaiser Permanente Marriott, Providence St. Joseph Health, and TDA Investment Group. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a past Chapter President and National Board Member of the Healthcare Institute, and an active member in ASHE, NAHSE, and The Commission.
