Lex Reddy has served as Alecto Healthcare Services’ Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2012. Alecto currently owns and operates three and manages two additional acute-care hospitals in California, Texas and West Virginia. Prior to forming Alecto, Lex served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of one of the largest health systems in the country and was responsible for its growth from a one hospital system, to a 15 hospital system that was recognized as a Top 10 Health System in the Nation by Thomson Reuters. Lex has more than 35 years of experience in physician/hospital management and his knowledge and implementation of the Operational Processes of Healthcare over the last 35 years, and developing teams that understand the challenges in Healthcare, has been a core strength in his Management.
