Michael Low is a Partner in the Orange County office of Hardesty, LLC. Mike has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry, as a vice president, managing partner, and director, while specializing in strategic planning, business development, and M&A transactions.

Mike has worked as a corporate executive with private and publicly traded medical care organizations, as well as major non-profit healthcare organizations, encompassing integrated healthcare delivery systems, hospital systems, physician practice management companies, managed care organizations, and multi-specialty medical groups. He has directed numerous acquisition, business development, and strategic planning projects in the US, UK, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Mike previously served as Senior Director for Strategy and Business Development with Kindred Healthcare, an integrated provider of post-acute care services. Previously, he served as Vice President, Business Development with HealthCare Partners, one of the largest managed care physician organizations. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at AHI Healthcare Systems, Inc., a national company that developed, owned, and operated managed care delivery systems. Mr. Low also held business development, strategic planning, and consulting positions with UniHealth, Lutheran Hospital Society of Southern California (LHS Corp), and National Medical Enterprises, Inc.

Mike was also part of the management team that formed London & Pacific, which launched Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC, a publicly-traded London-based firm in 2003. Mr. Low served as Chief Development Officer and board member of Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC until 2005.

Mike received his Masters of Public Administration, Health Services Administration from the University of Southern California.
